Hello, my name is Jeff and I'm so excited that you're enjoying my chile pepper product. I've had a passion for chiles since I was a teenager in upstate NY and now I'm finally turning that passion into something I can share with other like minded people.

I hope you'll agree that this is no ordinary chile pepper product. I make everything with the finest ingredients in small batches. My goal is to produce a product that is more about the flavor than the heat.
